Is the package cancellable and refundable?

All packages are non-rebookable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable once confirmed. Full cancellation charges apply for cancellations made within 30 days of departure.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my reservation?

A non-refundable deposit USD 300 is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a formal confirmation from the travel agency.

Is this the final price for the package?

Is the listed price the same for infants and children?

Child and infant rates are subject to supplier policies. Proof of age may be required.

Can I pay in Philippine Peso?

Yes. Package prices are quoted in USD. Payments made in Philippine pesos will follow the airline exchange rate at the time of payment.

Yes, Filipino citizens require a visa to enter the country. Travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and other required documents. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Is the listed itinerary final?

The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. The travel agency reserves the right to make adjustments for the safety and satisfaction of guests.

Is it possible for the tour to change or be cancelled?

A minimum of 25 passengers is required for the tour to operate at the published price. If fewer than 20 passengers are confirmed, the agency may cancel the tour or apply a surcharge per person.

No refunds will be provided for unused services, such as meals, transfers, or tours, for any reason.

Rates apply only to the specified room type (TWIN/TRIPLE SHARING), itinerary, and inclusions detailed in the package. Any special requests (e.g., room upgrades, additional services, single supplement) will incur additional costs.
