All packages are non-rebookable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable once confirmed. Full cancellation charges apply for cancellations made within 30 days of departure.

A non-refundable deposit USD 200 is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a formal confirmation from the travel agency.

Yes, Filipino citizens require a visa to enter the country. Travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and other required documents. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Is it possible for the tour to change or be cancelled?

A minimum of 25 passengers is required for the tour to operate at the published price. If fewer than 20 passengers are confirmed, the agency may cancel the tour or apply a surcharge per person.
