A non-refundable deposit of USD250 per person will be charge to guarantee the rooms and seats. Full payment is needed 45 days prior to departure or upon release of visa, whichever comes first.
Full payment should be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation made after issuance will automatically forfeit deposit. Cancellation made 30 days before dep. will automatically forfeit the payment
The Package tour is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights.
Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Otherwise, refund is not an option.
Rebooking might be considered once the passenger’s result is POSITIVE of Covid- 19 but still under airline and hotel discretions.
In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
Deviation/Extension from the said itinerary will be subject to availability at the time of request and will be subject to new price quotation accordingly.
Any change in the Government tax structure will reflect in the final invoice.
Sightseeing / places mentioned above are currently open and in case of sudden closure, will not be held responsible for the changes.
