Remarks

• Deposit requirement of $500.00 per person (STRICTLY NONREFUNDABLE). A non-refundable deposit per person will be charge to guarantee the rooms and seats. Full payment is needed 45 days prior to departure or upon release of visa, whichever comes first.
• The Package tour is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights.
• Cancellation made after issuance of visa will automatically forfeit deposit. Cancellation made 30 days before departure will automatically forfeit the payment.
• Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Otherwise, refund is not an option.
• In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
• Deviation, Extension or changes from the said itinerary will be subject to availability at the time of request and will be subject to new price quotation accordingly.
• Any change in the Government tax structure will be reflected in the final invoice.
• Travel Plus International will not be held responsible for sudden changes and or closure of operating hours of said places included in the itinerary. Options and alternatives will be discussed accordingly.
• Rates are valid for Filipino Passport holders only. Foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges. PASSPORTS MUST BE VALID FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
