  • Processing period may be extended beyond 5 working days and a daily visa application limit may be set depending on the volume of visa applications received.

  • All passengers must present a negative PCR certificate (issued within 48 hours)..

  • or negative RAT certificate (issued within 24 hours)

  • online vaccination registration is required via Q-CODE.

Document Requirements

All applicants are required to submit the below 5 documents.

1. Korea Visa Application Form,
   • form must be printed on A4 size paper
   • form must be type-written and hand-signed.
   • make sure you are using this updated 2020 version.

   • All areas that have no answer or is not applicable, please put “N/A” in the space. The embassy will not accept forms with blanks.
2. One piece of Passport size colored picture with white background
3. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page
5. Original Old Passport (if available and up to one only) that have stamps to OECD countries for the last 5 years.
   • Photocopy all the used visas and the entry immigration stamps in both the new and old passports. All copies must be in A4 sized paper.

NOTE: If travelling as family, Original PSA documents proving relationship is required.

FOR EMPLOYEES

1. Original Certificate of Employment
   • Including applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, company header, HR landline number and e-mail address
2. Original Bank Certificate
   • Indicating the account type, balance, account opening date, Average Daily Balance
3. Original or certified true copy of Bank Statement for the last 3 months
4. Income Tax Return (photocopy) or Form 2316
5. Photocopy of PRC Card or IBP Card, if applicable

 FOR BUSINESSMEN

1. Photocopy of Business Registration from SEC or DTI
2. Photocopy of Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit
3. Income Tax Return (photocopy) or Form 2316
4. Original Bank Certificate
   • indicate account type, balance, account opening date, Average Daily Balance
5. Original or certified true copy of Bank Statement for the last 3 months

FOR STUDENTS

1. Original School Certificate from the Registrar’s Office
2. Photocopy of School ID
3. Original PSA Birth Certificate 
4. Notarized Affidavit of Support (no need if parent-child relationship traveling together)
5. Parent’s Financial Documents as an Employee or Businessman (see above)
6. Parent’s Original PSA Marriage Certificate
   • If parents already have a valid visa, attach photocopy of parents’ valid visa.
   • If not traveling with parents, attach photocopy of passport or valid government ID of parents.

FOR HOUSEWIVES

1. Photocopy of Marriage Contract; if not available submit an affidavit
2. Financial Documents of Spouse as an Employee or Businessman
3. Notarized Affidavit of Support, if not applying together with spouse
   

FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

1. Photocopy of Senior Citizen’s ID
2. Original Bank Certificate
   • indicate account type, balance, account opening date, Average Daily Balance
3. Original or certified true copy of Bank Statement for the last 3 months
   

What if I am invited?

• Invited by a Korean Resident :  Invitation Letter & Copy of inviter’s Passport or ID Card Invited by a Company in Korea : Invitation Letter & Copy of Korean Company Business Permit​ (authentication not required)
